Terms of Service
By using Seneroy Market Ghana, you agree to buy and sell in good faith, provide accurate listing information, and complete transactions as agreed with the counterparty.
- Farmers are responsible for the accuracy of product, price, and availability listed.
- Buyers are responsible for reviewing listings and confirming quantity/price before ordering.
- Seneroy Market is a marketplace connecting farmers, buyers, and delivery partners — it is not a party to the underlying sale unless explicitly stated.
- Accounts may be suspended for fraudulent listings, repeated disputes, or abusive behavior.
Privacy Policy
We collect the information you provide when registering, listing produce, or placing an order (name, phone/email, farm/business details, location).
- Your contact details are shared only with the counterparty of a transaction you initiate (e.g. a buyer sees a farmer's listed contact after ordering).
- We do not sell personal data to third parties.
- Cart, listings, and order history are currently stored in your browser; once the production backend is connected, this data moves server-side under your account.
Refund & Dispute Policy
Because Seneroy Market connects independent farmers, buyers, and delivery partners, refund terms depend on the individual transaction.
- Report quality, quantity, or delivery issues via the "Report an Issue" button within 48 hours of delivery.
- Sellers are expected to resolve valid complaints (replacement, partial refund, or full refund) directly with the buyer.
- Unresolved disputes can be escalated to Seneroy support for mediation.
- Cash-on-delivery orders should be inspected before payment is completed.
Seller Rules
To keep the marketplace trustworthy for buyers across all 16 regions:
- List only produce or products you can actually fulfil at the stated price and quantity.
- Keep stock status (in stock / low stock) up to date.
- Verified badges are reserved for farmers who have completed identity and farm-location verification.
- Repeated inaccurate listings or unresolved disputes may result in listing removal or account suspension (see Admin dashboard).
